Finally,I 've been submit resignation form and waiting for approval from my supervision.Did you know until now my salary still not release. How will I survive? Righ now although new project start and they're recruit new staff too many person for capabilities new job.
Almost one and half year here,I learn too much experience about management style that they were always argument from Thai and foreigner, I don't know if they go like this when the project will finish? Anyway let's it be and leave it.
I'm still worry about my final settlements, I don't know how they will calculate and make deduction ,I think only visa fee ,that's acceptable if more I have to discuss.
How 're you doing ka? your job still going on isn't it? How do you feel? after you know I will return and stay together with you. We have too many thing to do and prepare , I 'm need your helps for starting up in our home country again after four year my working abroad.
