I know what is your feeling...I know what you want...sometime you couldn't recieve what thing you want. Take it easy. I stand nearby you always!!! You should stop for a while and start again. I think maybe next year you will have an opportunity for a new job...For me, I think I do my best...I don't know the result is...anyway...I still try. I try to finish my lab this week.
